Equipment Hand-Out


Equipment Hand-Out will be on Thursday July 26th from 2:00 - 7:00PM @ the Warehouse (3050 E. 550 N. South of Costco on the East side of the street) *We recommend
Equipment pick up this day due to the warehouse being relocated the following week. *If your Child can not be at Equipment Hand-Out on this date Please contact the PVLL Presidency ASAP at

*Players who do not register prior to Equipment Hand-Out, but instead, come to pay the day of Equipment Hand-Outs will need to wait until Monday July 30th or Tuesday 31st to come and pick up Equipment. *For cash payment see Registration post above.

Documents Needed for Equipment Hand-Out: Copy of Birth Certificate, Copy of July 2012 Utility Bill with Current Address on it, *(For Players outside of Boundries, but still attending PV Schools - Copy of School Letter of Acceptence)
*These Documents will be kept on file until Equipment is turned in at the end of the Football Season...so Please, Please make sure to bring a COPY! :)

**Also at Equipment Hand-Out each Players $20 Silk Screen & Field Fee is Due.**

Equipment Hand-Out Schedule by Grades:

2nd, 3rd, 4th & 5th Grades - 2:00 to 5:00PM

6th, 7th & 8th Grades - 5:00 t0 7:00PM

Day of Hand-Outs: Players will arrive at Scheduled Time, Weigh In, Turn in Documents, Check Contact Information, Pay Silk Screen/Field Fee, Fit Jersey Size, Fit Pants, Shoulder Pads, Helmet, Sign Check Out Sheet. Processes should take about 30 to 40 Minutes! *If families have more then one child playing, you are welcome to come all at once! :)
